1. Supplies come in packs. Bigger packs usually cost less per item (check the unit price!).
2. Recipes use a ratio. Use the taste tester and listen to customers' bubbles.
3. Price: too high and people say "Too pricey!". Too low and you barely profit.
4. Ice melts during the day and overnight. Fresh fruit, yogurt, beans and salsa spoil 30% overnight unless you own a cooler.
5. Reputation goes up when food tastes great, and down when it doesn't or when you sell out.
